Let the little children come to me...

We believe children are an important part of the life of the church, not a distraction from it. While we do not offer a separate children’s ministry space, children are warmly welcomed in our main gathering area. We’ve created a space within the room where young children can move and participate while staying connected with their parents and part of the worshiping community.   

For a long time, children’s ministry has often functioned as babysitting, where children are sent to be “entertained” so parents could focus. But that’s not what Jesus modeled or commanded. 

Jesus said, “Let the children come to me” and The Word states, "Train up a child in the way they should go and when they are old, they will not depart from it." Therefore, children are encouraged to stay with parents. 

This is the direction we believe the Lord has led us in for this season. We remain open, listening, and willing to be redirected as He leads. We are not striving to follow what has always been done, but to be obedient to what the Lord is asking of us now, trusting Him step by step in everything we do.
